Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or Business Management is an advantage
- With working experience is a big plus

- Knowledge in payroll and employee benefits. (SSS/Pag IBIG/Phil health and Leave Credits)
- Proven experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to Multitask

Job descriptions:
- Make reports to the assigned supervisor or account manager.
- Responsible for Attendance monitoring, payroll, employee benefits (SSS/Pag IBIG/Phil health/Maxicare) and Leave Credits.
- Working closely with the employees in providing necessary contact information requested.
- Responsible for retention and archiving of all personal records.
- Act in a confident capacity handling external and internal inquiries from employees, departments heads and local government officials.
- Provide office management and clerical services.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiency
- Manage Office Supplies stock and places orders
- Manage company inventory
- Prepare monthly reports on expenses and office budgets
- Organized a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Respond to queries and provide assistance to employees and higher management promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and collate necessary information to employees for records update
- Can do Bookkeeping (manual & Quickbook)
- BIR reportorial requirements and filing which includes preparation of SLSP & Alphalist.
- Check SG employment and manpower practices.
- Communicate/liaise with private agencies (like Voplus) for company reportorial requirements in Singapore.
- Comply and file SG employee remittances like CPF and other employer government obligations.
